Using the Website
How do I make my own design on an Casemoda product?
It’s easy to customize products with your own photo or art in our product configurator. Choose one of the Casemoda blank case products and then upload your image file, or if you need some inspiration, just take a look on our finished products.
What are the file requirements for uploading my own art or photo?
For logos, cartoons and other art works, need at least 800x 600. For photos, need at least 1024 x 768. The file should be in the format of JPEG.
If your image is a photo, make sure to check the size of the file to be sure the image is large enough to cover the entire case. IF THE SITE WARNS YOU THAT YOUR IMAGE IS TOO SMALL, here are a few things to check:
1. Did you download an image from the web? Most images that can be downloaded from the web free of charge are saved at a relatively low resolution which will not be large enough to cover the entire print area of the case.
2. If you've selected an image from a photo sharing site such as Flickr, Photobucket or Picasa, you may need to go back to the site and search for information on downloading a full size picture.
3. If the image you are trying to upload was sent to you in an email, it might have been compressed. Most email applications have a default setting which might compress the image that is being sent. In this case, you should request the sender to have the image resent as an attachment or check the settings to be sure you're receiving the largest image possible.
If you are still having problems, contact us, let us know what the issue seems to be, and we will try to help you out.
How do I open an Casemoda account?
We just need a few things to open an account for you. Just give us your name and email address — it's that easy! If you do not receive your account confirmation right away, please check your Spam filter.
Do I have to register for an account to use the Casemoda website?
You don’t need an Casemoda account to check out all the inspiring products we offer or to start designing your own creation; but you will need an account to enjoy many of the other Casemoda features. Once you order a product, we create an account for you so it’s easy for you to check your order history and come back for more.
What can I do with my Casemoda account?
With an account, you can save product designs, order products, receive our newsletter and more.
How do I update my account information?
You can update your information in your Casemoda Account. If you're already signed in, visit the account page and click on the "Customer Profile" tab to update your email address, billing or shipping information.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
If you forget your password, your best option is to enter your email address to get back your password in the forget password page.
Do I need an Account to design or order something?
If you don’t already have an account, you can still design something cool and then proceed to checkout. Once you’re there and start the checkout process, we will make an account for you so you can continue to purchase your item(s). We’ll automatically send you a sign-up email so you have the information you need to sign in again in the future if you don't see the welcome email in your Inbox).
I saw a really cool case in a Limited Edition gallery the other day, but now it’s not there. Can I still order one?
Sorry, but our Limited Edition cases are just that: limited. We have amazing artists from the Casemoda Community design some cases and then we print a certain number of them. If you saw a case in the Limited Edition galleries but it’s not there anymore, we've sold out. Don't be discouraged; get inspired from other amazing artwork in the galleries. And check back often–we are always adding new designs so you are sure to find more you like.

Is this a sticker?
No. No. And No. We print your design directly onto the Casemoda blank cases using our permanent printing process. It is EMBEDDED into the case itself and will not peel off or fade; your design stays as brilliant as the day it was printed.
How do you make it look so good?

Orders and Shipping
How can I pay for my order?
When you go through the checkout process, you can pay with your Visa, Master Card or American Express credit card through PAYPAL or directly pay by PAYPAL.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, Sure.
When will my order ship?
We make it our highest priority to process, print, and package all orders within 3 business days. You always choose the shipping rate and method (registered parcel or Speedpost (EMS)) so the actual time from us to your door is up to you.
How can I check my order status?
Log in to your Account and click on the “Order Record” tab to check on your order status.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are based on your location and your selected method of delivery.
We provide FREE shipping only for REGISTERED PARCEL for all our products.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship to countries all over the world. Be sure to get us all your necessary shipping information.
We offer an International Post service with a 14 to 21 business days delivery time for registered parcel and 5 to 7 day for EMS service. Tracking numbers are available with the International Post shipping option and will be notify the customers once the products were shipped.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
yes, we do ship to standard P.O. Boxes.
I placed my order and it shows up in my Order Record in my Account, but I didn’t get the email order receipt. Did my order go through?
Yes, your order will continue without issues even if you missed the email order receipt. It’s possible your email receipt got caught in your Spam folder, so you should check there and add email from casemoda.com to your address book to ensure future order communication makes it into your Inbox.
How can I send a customized Casemoda product to someone as a gift?
Create the design as usual and then proceed to checkout. Enter the actual delivery details for this gift.
I ordered my Casemoda product and it should have arrived by now, but it hasn’t.
What do I do?
Stay calm. Follow up with Post Office using your tracking number to see if they can help you find your package. If you still need help or have questions, please contact us and we’ll be glad to work with you to get your order delivered.
Is it secure to buy something through the Casemoda website?
When you complete your order on our site, you’ll notice the lock icon in the address bar, and you’ll also notice the http become https. The“s”and the lock means you’re on a secure server and your purchase is safe.
How do I view my order history?
Sign in to your Account and click on the “Order Record” tab to review your previous orders.

Refund Policy

We want you to be happy. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange it for something else,but you need to pay for the return shipping charge.
The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.Please contact us for a RETURN Number before shipping back. Please do not send a returned case to Casemoda without contacting us for RMA number.
After 30 days, Casemoda cannot accept returns.
Each case ordered from Casemoda is printed on-demand or made on-demand and especially for you. For this reason we cannot accept returns for the following reasons:
You want a different image on your case.
You have decided you want a different type of case
Returns may only be exchanged for replacements of the exact same case with the exact same image.
